The City Council is looking to procure some Framework partners to complete some electrical rewiring and associated repairs and maintenance works. The procurement is required to assist BCE's existing in-house contractor to deliver contracts for YHN and Council Properties. The Invitation to Tender is made up in with the following documents, to be read in this order: Introduction and organisation’s guide to the tender process; Instructions and details of Contract; Schedule 1 - Specification; Schedule 2 – Terms and Conditions of Contract (or Framework) Schedule 3 - Form of Tender, including Pricing Schedule; Schedule 4 - Certificate of Non-Collusion and Non-Canvassing; Schedule 6 – Pre-Qualification Questionnaire; Schedule 7 – Tender Response Form Appendix 1.1 – YHN Electrical Rewiring Specification Appendix 1.2 – Replacement Rules Version 8 Appendix 1.3 – Electrical Rewiring Sors Appendix 1.4 – RB Property List Upload of documentation can take some time, please ensure you provide adequate time to do this ahead of the submission deadline.
