Tender description
The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to charter a Research vessel with a minimum length of 32m capable of accommodating the Marine Institute’s Towed underwater TV system (see Appendix 2). The Charter is for a minimum period of 10 days to a maximum of 30 days and the vessel will be required to mobilise the system in Cork Ireland on June 29th 2015. The Charter is required initially for the completion of a Nephrops survey using Towed UWTV and 3 m Beam Trawl and this may be followed by a variety of oceanographic surveys and further Nephrops surveys.
