To provide secure M2M SIM and network services for RTPI using a mixture of 3G and 4G. Real time monitoring capability to allow WMCA to view usage statistics and remotely connect to devices. Please note that the value of this PIN is an estimate only and may be subject to change. Any change will be notified through the available notices. Procurement of M2M SIM and network services for RTPI. WMCA are looking to achieve cost savings while maintaining the size of the estate. We may also replace ADSL connected sites with a 3G or 4G solution. The estate is a mixture of a) 1 200 LED displays (up to 5MB per month) with 2G or 3G modems, b) 430 TFT displays (up to 150MB per month) with 3G modems, c) 20 TFT kiosks (up to 1GB per month) with 3G modems/routers, d) 10 ADSL connected displays. Reconfiguration of existing SIMs is preferred however WMCA are aware this may not be achievable. WMCA will look to procure at a fixed cost per SIM with data usage aggregated. The service will require secure network connections and a management platform with the following capabilities: SIM activation with part-month billing, User defined grouping of SIMs, Real time monitoring of data usage (per SIM, per group, per aggregate), Historical reporting of data usage, Analysis of packet level data per SIM, Billing notification, Activity auditing.
