North Lincolnshire Council is inviting a high quality, expert Organisational Development partner to work with us in our continuing programme of organisational development and culture change, as part of our ongoing transformation agenda. Through our combined efforts we will shape the council towards achieving improved outcomes — ensuring that North Lincolnshire is the best possible place to live, work, visit and invest. We are looking to create an organisation that is enabling, progressive, high quality and self-sufficient, where people operate in an environment where everyone has the opportunity to make their views known and has a real input into how the council transforms into the future. The OD partner will partner us in developing an OD strategy and plan, future internal OD capacity, as well as providing ongoing ‘strategic advice & direction’, we also require ‘on demand’ access to a range of consultancy/business advice and skills on a ‘call-off’’ basis.
