Tender description

The Authority currently owns approximately 2 400 assets of various types including office buildings, beaches, harbours, toilets, parks, cafes, car parks and sports assets. Torbay Economic Development Company Ltd trading as Torbay Development Agency (TDA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority, owns approximately 120 assets. TDA is the Authority's agent in managing the property assets. The Authority has a requirement for the following: a) An Asset Management system, to include functionality for: b) A Facilities Management module; and c) A Room Booking module. We currently estimate there will be three (3) Admin users, three (3) FM Help-desk staff and ten (10) mobile users. The remainder of the Authority's and TDA's staff, Contractors and members of the public (for Room Bookings) will require limited access via a web portal or similar. A further requirement may be that the system is used to manage the Authority's vehicles and plant.
