This service was procured using the Light Touch Regime, in Lots that will support homeless young people; Homeless young parents with babies and single people with support needs to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation. The service will support homeless adults to enable them to move on to more independent living within settled accommodation. The service is likely to be based in hostel style accommodation and will offer time-limited resettlement support when residents move on. The service will employ support staff with relevant qualifications, expertise and aptitude to offer personalised support to residents.
