School cleaning services

Tender description

Priory School wishes to invite tenders for the provision of cleaning the school. Suppliers that are interested in this tender process are invited to register and ‘Express Interest’ upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system. When the tender documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email; the tender documents can be accessed from the ‘My Tenders’ section of their registration page by selecting the ‘view details’ button. Please note that it is a requirement of the Public contracts Regulations 2015 that all tender documents are disclosed at the PQQ stage; this is to enable suppliers to ascertain whether they have they capacity to complete the process. The ONLY documents required to be returned at the end of stage 1 (PQQ) are: 1. The standard questionnaire (ICS — S3 — 001) word document; 2. A copy of your financial evidence as per section 4 Economic and Financial Standing. All other documents are for information purposes only and will be issued upon progresstion to stage 2 (ITT). Cleaning services are required Monday to Friday for 39 weeks term time plus one week periodic tasks during the last week of the summer term. The contract will begin on 1.6.2016 and run until 31.5.2020 with an option to extend for 2 further 12 month periods. Key dates to note are: Tenderers' site visit — 26.1.2017; Presentations by finalists — 23.3.2017; Onsite signing of terms and conditions — 17.4.2017.
