Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Soft Market Testing

The Council now wishes to build a detailed full business case which sets out the opportunities, risks and costs for implementing RPA. We require support from an expert in RPA who would work across all departments in the Council to identify the areas which would yield the greatest benefit from adopting RPA. We are particularly interested in exploring the possibilities for non-traditional RPS’s and innovation. We understand that as suppliers with experience and track record in implementing RA across a range of organisations and Local Authorities that you would be in a strong position to lead on the development of this business case for us. Following the production of the business case and subject to its approval, the Council would then undertake a procurement exercise to secure a supplier who would deliver the RPA software in those service areas where RPA would have the most impact.
