Tender description
This tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for Pharmacy Dispensing and Delivery Services, and the delivery of Low and Mid Tech Homecare Services covering a range of therapy areas. The scope of Low Tech Homecare will encompass dispensing, prescription management and the delivery to a patient's home or other suitable location. This may include supply of ancillaries and collection of waste items. The scope of Mid Tech Homecare will encompass dispensing, prescription management and the delivery to a patient's home or other suitable location. This may include supply of ancillaries and collection of waste items. Mid Tech will also include an initial nursing service. The therapy areas involved for Low and Mid Tech will encompass oral medication and commercially available syringes and pens for patient injection, which may or may not be cold store items. The duration of the Framework Agreement will be 4 years maximum; a 3 year initial period with a 12 month extension option. This Lot will encompass a dispensing and delivery service only with delivery to a local community pharmacy or other suitable location. This may include supply of ancillaries and collection of waste items. The therapy areas involved will encompass oral medication and commercially available syringes and pens for patient injection which may or may not be cold store items. Terms and conditions / activity based income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Candidates wishing to be considered must register expressions of interest as follows: Register on the HTE portal at https://healthtrusteurope.bravosolution.co.uk. Login to the portal with username/password. Click the PQQs/ITTs Open to All Suppliers link. These are the PQQs/ITTs open to any registered supplier. Click on the relevant PQQ/ ITT to access the content. Click the Express Interest button at the top of the page. This will move the PQQ/ITT into your My PQQs/My ITTs page. You can access any attachments by clicking Buyer Attachments in the PQQ/ITT Details box. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT. Suppliers successfully awarded to Lot 1 and 2 will automatically qualify to be included in Lot 3. Lot 3 may be used by one or more Participating Authorities who wish to aggregate spend and contractually commit in advance to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements from one or more Product Groups. The Authorities may enter into a further competition to drive price efficiencies pursuant to this Lot.
