Tender description
Nuclear safety services. Manage the Nuclear Safeguards Programme on behalf of BEIS and provide other support as needed, to ensure that BEIS meets its obligations to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). Manage the Nuclear Safeguards Programme on behalf of BEIS and provide other support as needed, to ensure that BEIS meets its obligations to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). The Nuclear Safeguards Programme (NSP) will be contracted for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years with an estimated value each year of 1 500 000 GBP. The management of the Nuclear Safeguards Programme (NSP) equates to approximately 150 000 GBP each year. Due to the nature of the way it is funded within government there will be a clause to end the contract at the end of each financial year.
