Multiple AQP Services for Basildon and Brentwood CCG Basildon & Brentwood Clinical Commissioning Group will shortly be going out to the market to procure providers for a number of services. The AQP model is an accreditation process underpinned by ‘call-off’ of a Provider's services determined according to patients’ choice. Referrals into these services may come from secondary care, accident and emergency, walk in centres or GP practices. The Services required are the following: 24 Hour BP Services 24 Hour ECG Services Shared Care Services Minor Injuries Services Secondary Care Wound Management Services 12 Lead ECG Services DVT Services Direct Access Adult Hearing Services Vasectomy Services Providers that are interested in this opportunity are reminded that they will need to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), have appropriate Insurance Liability and can provide an appropriate Data Protection Policy. Additional policies related to specific services may be required. It is anticipated that documentation relating to the opportunity to provide services as required for a period of three years will be available from Tuesday 15th November 2016.
