Tender description

At present a requirement exists for the supply of location monitoring and reporting services for different types of marine platforms. The service will automatically send notifications about their position. The location monitoring and reporting services will automatically send notification about the position of the marine platform/offshore buoy. The services will consist of a hardware module that is attached to the marine platform. This will contain a GPS which will transmit regular location information via satellite.
