Tender description

Bromford Housing Group Limited, as a central purchasing body on behalf of itself and any of its current or future subsidiaries (together ‘Bromford’) invited interested companies (‘Suppliers’) to participate in a procurement exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for the reliable Supply of Legal Services. The current subsidiaries of Bromford Housing Group Limited are: Bromford Housing Association Limited, a Charitable Community Benefit Society incorporated under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (FCA registered number: 7106). Bromford Home Ownership Limited, a Registered Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (FCA registered number: 29991R). Bromford Developments Limited, a Private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (registered number: 06507824). Bromford Assured Homes Limited, a Private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Act 2006 (registered number: 02677730). The Supplier is required to supply the services (the supply of Legal Services) in accordance with all requirements as set out in the specification. The Framework Agreement is divided into three lots as follows: Lot 1: Corporate Finance; Governance and Legislation (Including Asset Management and Health and Safety); Housing Management and Contracts, Commercial and Procurement. Lot 2: Property (Including Construction; Site, Land & Property Acquisitions; Plot Sales; Securitisation; Disposals and Leasehold Work). Lot 3: Employment, TUPE and Pensions.
