Request for Tenders to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and/or e-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Libraries. This public procurement competition (“Competition) will be divided into three (3) lots (each a “Lot”) Each Lot will result in a separate contract. The HSE Library Services Management Group (LSMG) is seeking suppliers that can supply e-journal packages, print and/or electronic journal subscription arrangements and an e-resource management tool for HSE Library Services for access by all their members in the HSE, TUSLA and DOH and other Authorised users. This public procurement competition (“Competition”) relates to the provision of Electronic journal collections, Print and/or e-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management tool for HSE Libraries. The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of Health Services Executive Library Services Management Group (HSE LSMG) invites responses (‘Tenders’) to this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’) from economic operators (‘Tenderers’) for the Provision of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and E-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Library services. The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3)) Framework Agreement Lots. The Framework Agreement to be entered into by the Contracting Authority is for the Provision of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and e-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Libraries in three (3) Framework Lots. Tenderers can tender for all Framework Lots or a combination of Framework Lots or just 1 Framework Lot. This Framework comprises of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and e-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Libraries.
