Tender description

Supply of metrology and machine vision for integration with Robot Assembly Cells 1 and 2 which were originally procured as part of the Future Automated Aircraft Assembly Demonstrator (previous tender reference no. itt/653) This tender ITT/816 covers the upgrading of the equipment procured on Work Package WP4.2 of ITT/653 and is described in the new Work Package 4.3. Equipment requirement is as follows: — 3 x KCMM Series 2000 Camera Systems incl Calibration Kit, software drivers, MSP probe — 3 x Instrumentation Pack — 2x24 LED SCU, 3x6LED Squid — 2 x KPI Software / Geoloc upgrade (CTrack) of UON Current software — 1 x New ARC (including CTrack) — 1 x Carbon fibre tripod for K610 — 2 x Performance portable PC HP (English) The above equipment specification covers the upgrade of Cell 2 to work with 3 Robots instead of the current 2 Robots. In addition the following must be supplied as part of the package: — The 3 x Camera Systems must be capable of being used and configured simultaneously with independent hardware and software control and setup — Full training is required on the operation of the KCMM Series 2000 Camera Systems — Advanced training is required for operation of the ARC System including multi-robot operation / co-operation — 1 x Camera System must be capable of being used with the ABB IRB 6700 Robots in Cell 1.
