Tender description

The North West London (NWL) Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups are seeking to re-commission a termination of pregnancy service (TOPS) which enables women within these CCG boroughs to receive high quality, efficient services delivered closer to home. This procurement for TOPS will be run under the Any Qualified Provider process. The Provider is required to supply a Termination of Pregnancy Service for any patient registered with a GP practice or are resident within the area covered by the CCGs listed above. The service will commence from the 1.4.2017; the contract will last for four years with an option to extend for a further year. Please note: this procurement has been split into two LOTS. Bidders are invited to bid for the following services: Lot 1: Termination of Pregnancy Service, Lot 2: Termination of Pregnancy Central Booking Service. Please see the invitation to tender documents. Contract will be awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous tender for the provision of the Central Booking Service.
