Tender description
South Lanarkshire Council is seeking to appoint an experienced provider of a Domestic Abuse Service in the South Lanarkshire area. The Domestic Abuse Services will be provided within the framework of South Lanarkshire Council's Resource Plan and the South Lanarkshire Gender-Based Violence Partnership Strategy and Action Plan. We expect the provider to demonstrate that their service management and delivery is underpinned by a gendered analysis of domestic abuse, recognising that domestic abuse is regarded as a function of gender inequality. A contract for services will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years. Subject to satisfactory performance, the contract may then be extended for a period of up to 2 years. The annual contract value will be 375 000 GBP.
