Tender description

Colchester Borough Council wants to commission a Consultant to create a Concept Design Brief (the Brief) for land to the south of Axial Way within the Colchester Northern Gateway. The site is to be developed with residential, including specialist residential, leisure, open space and commercial uses in a broad mix centred on a pedestrian and cycle Boulevard.
