Tender description

The London Borough of Havering is seeking experienced and fully qualified specialist Gas Services Contractors to undertake gas testing, gas servicing, responsive repairs, installations and planned maintenance to gas and heating installations to individual and communal heated residential properties. Further details are set out in the relevant Lot descriptions below and in the procurement documents. The London Borough of Havering (the Council) is seeking an experienced and fully qualified specialist Gas Services Contractor to undertake the following works: — The testing of gas appliances and installation pipework and the issue of a valid Landlords Gas Safety Record within Domestic properties, Houses in Multiple Occupancy and Private Sector Lease Properties. — Gas appliance servicing within Domestic properties, and where instructed by the Council within Houses in Multiple Occupancy and Private Sector Lease Properties. — Gas appliance breakdown, maintenance and repairs within Domestic properties, and where instructed by the Council within Houses in Multiple Occupancy and Private Sector Lease Properties. — Central Heating breakdown, maintenance and repairs within Domestic properties, and where instructed by the Council within Houses in Multiple Occupancy and Private Sector Lease Properties. — Replacement and disposal of old and obsolete boiler equipment within Domestic properties, and where instructed by the Council within Houses in Multiple Occupancy and Private Sector Lease Properties. — Potable Cold Water Storage Cistern Maintenance and Inspection Testing within Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO). The London Borough of Havering is seeking an experienced and fully qualified specialist Gas Services Contractor to undertake gas servicing, responsive repairs, installations and planned maintenance to gas and heating installations to communal heated residential properties. The works cover: — Landlord's gas safety inspections; — Responsive repairs, installations and maintenance for gas and heating installations to communal heated properties; — Potable water testing, treatment and installations; — Responsive repairs and maintenance for Roof Fans and Ventilation; — Responsive repairs and maintenance for Solar Panels; — Testing and maintenance of dry/ wet riser installations; — Emergency response services that cover a 24/7, 52 weeks a year period and carrying out works in accordance with the Priority Codes stipulated within Orders.
