Tender description

This is a prior information notice (pin) only: publication and call for competition will be conducted once scope of work is fully defined and approved. DFID is considering all routes to market. The UK's Department for International Development (DFID) Afghanistan Office is inviting potential suppliers to an Early Market Engagement Event, to be held concurrently in Kabul and London. The purpose of the event is for DFID Afghanistan to inform the market of a potential procurement opportunity in relation to the Independent Evaluation Agent for the Afghanistan Investment Climate Programme. DFIDA seeks to procure a local or an international service provider (SP) to undertake the rule of Independent Evaluation Agent (IEA) for the Afghanistan Investment Climate Programme (AICP). The IEA will undertake independent evaluation of the AICP and will be reporting directly to DFID and the donors' committee that composed of donors that co-funds AICP with the UK.
