Your Lifespace Limited, a subsidiary of Circle Anglia Limited, wish to enter into contract for the provision of estate agency referral services for the Banbury Park site, which is a mixed tenure development in Walthamstow. The development comprises of 100 social rented homes, 76 shared ownership homes and 174 private sale homes along with some commercial and retail outlets.
