Tender description

The subject of this Tender Invitation Document is for the delivery of a Scotland-wide single integrated resource efficiency advice and support service (the ‘Service’) exclusively focussed upon supporting SMEs. Prioritised upon enabling implementation, it will provide free advice and support to help organisations improve their resource efficiency, which includes energy, material and water resources and generation of less waste. This Service will make a significant contribution to the government's strategic economic, climate change, energy efficiency and zero waste objectives and targets. The current contract to deliver the service will terminate in March 2016, and Zero Waste Scotland intends to procure a new contract to deliver advice and support leading to the implementation of resource efficiency measures for businesses in Scotland from April 2016.
