Tender description
Dorset Commissioning Partnership are reshaping care and support in individual’s own homes (domiciliary care) and in residential care/nursing homes. Reductions in available funding, demographic pressures, staff recruitment, and the implementation of changes such as the National Living Wage have all impacted upon the sector. It is the commissioner’s intention to work with providers to address these issues ahead of entering into a formal procurement process. Formal procurement will be advertised and expressions of interest invited during March 2017. For those unable to attend the event, the presentation and minutes are available through ProContract.
