Tower Hamlets is offering a childcare provider a fantastic opportunity to rent space in refurbished for purpose premise. The premise is situated within Bethnal Green Garden close to the Bethnal Green underground station. It offers a stand-alone single story building of 123m. Space provides will accommodate up to thirty six places for two years olds, per session. In addition there is an office, children’s toilets, DWC, kitchen, a storage cupboard/office and buggy storage at the entrance. The provider must provide early years childcare and learning to local residents with a main focus on providing for those eligible for the Two Years Old Funding. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they can provide high quality childcare and education and have an outstanding knowledge of standards required by Ofsted.
