Tender description

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of Health Services Executive Library Services Management Group (HSE LSMG) invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the Provision of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and E- Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Library services. Health Services Executive Library Services Management Group (HSE LSMG) is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition (“the Contracting Authority”). The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3)) Framework Agreement Lots. The Framework Agreement to be entered into by the Contracting Authority is for the Provision of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and e-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Libraries in three (3) Framework Lots. Tenderers can tender for all Framework Lots or a combination of Framework Lots or just one Framework Lot. This Framework comprises of Electronic Journal Collections, Print and e-Journal Subscriptions and an E-Resource Management Tool for HSE Libraries.
