Tender description

The Authority currently owns approximately 2400 assets of various types including office buildings, beaches, harbours, toilets, parks, cafes, car parks and sports assets. Torbay Economic Development Company Ltd trading as Torbay Development Agency (TDA), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority, owns approximately 120 assets. TDA is the Authority’s agent in managing the property assets. The Authority has a requirement for the following: a) an Asset Management system, to include functionality for: b) a Facilities Management module; and c) a Room Booking module We currently estimate there will be three (3) Admin users, three (3) FM Helpdesk staff and ten (10) mobile users. The remainder of the Authority’s and TDA’s staff, Contractors and members of the public (for Room Bookings) will require limited access via a web portal or similar. .
