Provision of Maintenance of Water Features Manchester City Council is committed to creating and maintaining world-class Public Realm around Manchester to be enjoyed by residents, visitors and businesses. Manchester is the proud home to six, shortly to be seven, water features that range from the modern to the traditional. The Council is seeking to let a service contract to ensure that the fountains and water features in Manchester City Centre are maintained in a good and safe working order. The contract is to be let during February 2017 and will run for an initial period of two years, with an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years.
