Tender description

The project is to gather and analyse evidence regarding diesel fuel filter blocking. The filter blocking issues has been occurring over the last three winters and in order to help rectify the problem the Department requires information about the diesel being supplied into the market and any regarding the fuel and filter on vehicles that have broken down. This output from the project will indicate or inform the decisions that need to be made in resolving the issue.
