Tender description
The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) is seeking a solar PV consultant to assist us in developing a solar PV investment and deployment programme through the provision of technical and strategic advice. The aim of the programme is to enable the large scale roll out of solar PV across numerous council-owned assets across the borough. As the number of sites owned and occupied by LBS is limited, this programme will focus on council owned properties that are leased to public and private tenants, and may be broadened in the future to include privately owned sites. It is therefore imperative that this solar PV programme is delivered through the most commercially viable approach possible, to ensure maximum financial benefits for both LBS and our potential “customers”.
