Tender description
DFID is seeking to replace its current EDRM system. The scope of the project is to provide a replacement that will enable staff to save, share and manage their information and knowledge across the organisation. DFID is seeking a Service Provider to act as an Implementation Partner to work in partnership to deliver a solution that meets the expectations of a demanding user base, ultimately improving the user experience which will lead to improved compliance, availability and sharing of information. The implementation Partner will propose a system to meet DFID's needs as set out in the Statement of Requirements. Working with DFID they will implement the system to an agreed time-scale including, but not limited to: project management, system configuration and integration with other DFID corporate systems, data migration and change management.
