UCD is seeking to enhance its reputation as a leading research-intensive university by building its international profile generally and in specific areas of research priority. As such, UCD is seeking the services of an experienced science and research-focussed public affairs and policy agency over the next four years to help us achieve these aims. UCD now wishes to invite tenderers to submit proposals to deliver a flexible and cost effective public affairs service for UCD Research and Innovation. The successful tenderer will be expected to leverage experienced internal resources and specific external expertise to achieve organisational objectives efficiently and in a way that delivers value for money, as further set out in the attached tender documentation.
