Tender description
There are three existing buildings at the Eco Campus in Hamilton with 3 separate landlords. The buildings have been completed to shell and core. The three contracts covered by this notice are agreements for lease under which UWS is contractually entitled to lease the buildings after they have been fitted out in accordance with the requirements of the landlord.
