Tender description

As a result of planned refurbishment works at Killelea House (a 36 bed unit from which the Council provides Intermediate Care Services), Bury Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to meet the need for the Provision of Temporary Accommodation and Meals for the duration of the refurbishment works (a projected period of 48 weeks). In order to minimise operational complexities and costs we are ideally looking for a Provider with capacity to accommodate 36 individual rooms on one site, however consideration will be given to alternative options. Award of contract will be determined by the most economically advantageous tender to the Council taking account of whole life operational costs.
