NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England (Central Midlands) and Luton CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s)) under joint commissioning arrangements is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver AMPS Service(s). NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England (Central Midlands) and Luton CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s)) under joint commissioning arrangements is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver APMS Service(s). The Commissioners are looking for a provider to deliver high quality, patient centred and value for money (VFM) Primary GP services, delivered in a safe and effective manner. The contract is to be carried out at Sundon Park Health Centre, Tenth Avenue, Sundon Park, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 3EP. As a result of this procurement exercise an agreement will be established with the successful Bidder(s) for a period of 3 years with the Commissioner having the option to extend the Contract for up to a further 2 years. The current contract(s) for the Services will end on 31.3.2017 and as a result the successful provider is expected to be fully operational, providing services from 1.4.2017. Based on the current contract it is anticipated that the service provision resultant of this procurement will have an annual agreement value of 261 608 GBP (excluding VAT) based on the patient weighted list size of 2 801 as at 1.4.2016. Additional income can be earned from the Quality Outcomes Framework payment and Enhanced Services Payments. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply. The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise. Please note the deadline to express an interest and request documents is 13.12.2016 at 12:00 noon.
