Tender description
University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust requires a sole supplier to provide slit lamps into University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust over 6 years with optional 2 x 2 year extensions if mutually agreed. This will be part of a rolling replacement programme (RRP) for both Eye Casualty and Eye Out-patients. The Trust requires a fixed price for the contract. The Trust expects, but does not guarantee, the following volumes will be purchased over the first 6 years: — 2016/17 x 4 — 2017/18 x 4 — 2018/19 x 4 — 2019/20 x 3 — 2020/21 x 3 — 2021/22 x 3. Requirement for Slit Lamps suitable for busy teaching Hospital Eye Casualty and Eye Out-patients.
