‘The Framework Agreement is for the supply of Dental Capital Equipment within the NHS and comprises of the following areas: Dental Chairs and Associated Accessories — supply delivery installation and commissioning of individual items of capital equipment covering the dental chair and their associated accessories; Dental Decontamination Equipment and Associated Accessories — supply delivery installation and commissioning of individual items of capital equipment covering all Dental Decontamination Equipment; Dental Imaging (2D & 3D) and X-Ray Equipment with/without DICOM and SQL server plus Associated Accessories — supply delivery installation and commissioning of individual items of capital equipment covering all dental imaging and X-Ray equipment and their associated accessories; and Full Dental Solution — for all aspects of the dental surgery and covers the requirement for the supply of a full solution for dental customers requiring a new dental surgery or replacement surgery fully fitted out excluding instruments and consumables. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 3 000 000 GBP to 4 000 000 GBP in the first year of this Framework Agreement however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. ’.
