Market Engagement for the provision of WAN services using CCS Framework RM1045 Lot1

THIS IS NOT A TENDER OPPORTUNITY. Gloucestershire County Councils is undertaking a soft market testing exercise with all suppliers on RM0145 Lot 1. The Council wishes to understand how potential suppliers would prefer to approach the delivery of such services and in the levels of interest in any future tender opportunity. In addition the Council seek responses to the questions in our questionnaire to inform our ITT. This market engagement is not a call for competition, nor part of any formal procurement process and the Council is not committing at this stage to carrying out such a process. Any procurement for the supply of WAN services will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulation 2015 and CCS Framework RM 1045.
