THIS IS NOT A TENDER OPPORTUNITY. The Council wishes to understand how potential suppliers would prefer to approach the delivery of such services and in so doing provide an indication into the level of interest in any future tender opportunity. Please could you complete the attached questionnaire which will help inform us in developing our ITT. This market engagement is not a call for competition , nor part of any formal procurement process and the Council is not committing at this stage, to carrying out such a process.
