Tender description

Brunel University London is seeking a supplier for the Laundry and Linen Services on behalf of the Residential Services department. Residential Services is a section of Brunel Commercial London, the largest non-academic department of the University. Owned and managed by the University we provide on campus accommodation for up to 4 643 residents in 34 halls of residence, managed in four residential complexes which are: Faraday, Chepstow, Clifton and Saltash Complex; plus Bishop and Lancaster Complexes Total 2 127 beds (including 280 doubles); Mill, Fleming and Galbraith Complex Total 1 065 beds; Isambard Complex Total 1 340 beds (includes 112 double); All our student accommodation is self-catering and nearly 90 % of which is provided in single occupancy ensuite rooms with the exception of 112 studio flats which are available to couples. These 112 studios and 280 beds in Faraday Hall have double beds. Procurement of Laundry and Linen Services on behalf of the Residential Services department.
