This notice is to inform the market of HSCB / PaLS intention to establish a pseudo framework agreement or pseudo dynamic purchasing system, which may be divided into a number of lots, to cover a range acute and diagnostic service including but not limited to the following specialities: Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Paediatric Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, ENT, General Medicine, Neurology, Oral Surgery/Maxillofacial, Paediatric Surgery, Orthopaedics Plastics, Rheumatology, Thoracic Medicine, Urology, Pain Management, diagnostic imaging and endoscopy. The intention will be to use this pseudo framework / pseudo dynamic purchasing system to procure additional service capacity to reduce elective access waiting lists in Northern Ireland Health.
