Tender description
Guildford Borough Council, working in partnership with the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG), is seeking to procure a Homeless Outreach and Support Service for referrals made within the borough. The service will provide assertive outreach and resettlement support to male and female rough sleepers aged 16 and over or people at risk of rough sleeping within the borough.
