Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for Outcome Based Homecare Services for residents living in Hackney. There will be 4 Lots within the framework, there will be 1 Lot for a generic homecare service, 2 culturally specific Lots for the Turkish and Kurdish and Charedi communities and a Lot for a night service. The Framework Agreement will become operational from 1.4.2017. The London Borough of Hackney has sought suitably experienced and qualified providers to provide Outcome Based Homecare Services for residents living in Hackney. There are 4 Lots within the framework, although a contract award decision is not yet been made for Lot 4 based on a possibility of a restructure of the current provision. Lot 1 is for a generic homecare service, Lot 2 is for a cultural specific home care service for Turkish/Kurdish community and Lot 3 is for a cultural specific homecare service for the Charedi community. The contract for Lot 1, for the general population will be split into 4 geographical areas known as ‘Quadrants’ (North East, North West, South East and South West). Lot 2 is for a cultural specific home care service for Turkish/Kurdish community. Lot 3 is for a cultural specific homecare service for the Charedi community.
