Tender description

There are four Economic Participation activities. Number 1, Is to provide activities to cover basic skills, qualifications and employment for adults who are either employed or in reciept of out of work benefits. Number 2, will provide a Town centre 'Learning Shop', providing information, advice and guidance on learning opportunities in the Borough of Luton. Number 3, will provide facilities and activities to cover employability skills for young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) or are at risk of becoming (NEET). Number 4, will provide managed work space and business advice to stimulate enterprise in the Borough.
