District heating. District heating boiler. Billing system. Metering instruments. Flow-meters. Meters. Energy meters. Electronic meters. Electricity meters. Meter reading service. CPS are seeking tenders for the services involved with communal heating and has split this requirement into 3 lots, namely: — Lot 1: Billing Software and meter reading, — Lot 2: Credit Billing and Meter Reading, — Lot 3: Prepayment Billing and Meter Reading. Provision of billing software that would allow contracting authorities to in-source utility billing where they are the utility provider. Provision of a credit billing services whereby a third party supplier manages the meter reading, billing and money collection on behalf of the contracting authority. Provision of prepayment billing solutions that generally require installation of equipment which is then used to manage meter data collection and payment for utilities.
