Who Speclialist Work With The team will consist of internal Police Officers and staff from Gloucestershire, Durham and Essex Police Forces. The team will be supplemented by five external digital specialists in total. This role will report in to the Service Architect / Manager, and will have responsibility for managing and leading three business analysts. What Specialists Work On Key Accountabilities and Deliverables • Support delivery of project milestones/outputs to a high quality, within time and to budget • Provide specific support and expertise to the project lead and service architect • Be part of an effective joint team with the client and other resources • Ensure an evidence based approach is employed to justify the analysis of options presented Where the Work Takes Place Gloucestershire Constabulary Headquarters, Waterwells, Gloucester. Early Market Engagement None Working Arrangements The majority of the work will be undertaken with the project team at Gloucestershire Constabulary HQ. From time to time there may be a requirement to work from other locations including Essex and Durham. Work Location Gloucestershire Constabulary Headquarters, Waterwells, Gloucester. Security Clearance UK National with SC clearance or Non-Police Personnel Vetting equivalent required. Additional T&Cs None Skills & Experience Demonstrate and evidence their ability to lead and manage business process design tasks Demonstrate and evidence their ability to develop and deliver a Target Operating Model Demonstrate their experience in developing a structured business analysis and evidence capture plan for new business processes, in a technology enabled and digitised environment Demonstrate their ability to co-ordinate the work and ouputs of a team of business analysts that will work in multiple locations Evidence their ability to consider and assess various options for service delivery, and make recommendations Nice to Haves Evidence experience of the concept of capability building blocks and related service delivery models Evidence experience of applying digital capabilities to investigation and intelligence, ideally in a policing environment No. of Specialists to Evaluate 4 Cultural Fit Criteria Demonstrate their ability to quickly form and work as part of a high performance, focussed, multi-disciplined, integrated with client, project team Take personal responsibility for their work and be self motivated Demonstrate their ability to work with a team that is located across multiple sites Comfortable in communicating at all levels Share knowledge and experience with other team members Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 60% Cultural fit 20% Price 20% Questions from Suppliers Budget range
