PPE Ref 1839 BD LSR Fortessa Flow Cytometer with 5 lasers, Purchasing Policy Exception form completed. The University has a requirement for 5 Excitation lasers Flow Cytometer. The Cytometer is crucial for sustaining research outputs for the Institute of Infection, Immunity and Inflammation. It is a mandatory criteria of the system to have a specific combination of filters and lasers for assessing increasing number of color's to remain competitive. Mandatory criteria that the configuration of the system can be customized to be identical to that on the 405 nm, 488 mm, 561 nm and 640 nm laser detectors on the University's existing high spec. instruments.
