WEA would like to develop their suite of systems to support the segmentation and targeting opportunities that are required to build engaging relationships with all relevant audiences, both internally and externally. For students, there are opportunities to develop learning pathways, and to promote them digitally, supporting student-led learning objectives. For business development and partner management purposes there is a need to ensure a consistent single view across all interested parties, maintaining core relationships to support and enhance growth strategies. Contract management should be able to be tracked seamlessly, understanding who is involved in each stage of the contract and its current status. Self services opportunities are being actively investigated, along with the improved integration and management of all data sources to improve the overall efficiency of the WEA, across all systems and processes, as well as supporting the future-proofing of the strategies being set out now for the long term future of the charity. Effective communication support is required for any audience group through the WEA, both internally and externally, whether within a discrete environment or in conjunction with other communication tools. Greater visibility is required to understand who is receiving what information, and their subsequent activity relating to it.
