The objective of this RFT was to invite proposals from suitably qualified service providers to deploy energy monitors to capture accurate energy usage data and to conduct research into the perceived associated benefits which Better Energy Warmer Homes Scheme (the “Scheme”) clients receive as part of the Scheme.
