Tender description

Doncaster Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of CCTV and Security Equipment and Services (Maintenance, Repair and Replace) covering 4 lots, further detail of which will be provided in the Procurement Documents. It should be noted that TUPE may apply to some lots. Provision of CCTV Cameras, Alarm Receiving Centre and Building CCTV Systems (maintenance, repair, replace) as detailed in the procurement documents. It will be the responsibility of the appointed contractor to provide new equipment and maintenance/servicing of existing equipment for each of the identified areas in accordance with the user requirements. Due to the nature of the procurement all Tenderers will be required to complete a submit a Confidentiality Agreement before specific location and asset information will be released. Provision of Building Intruder Alarm Systems (maintenance, repair, replace) as detailed in the procurement documents. It will be the responsibility of the appointed contractor to provide new equipment and maintenance/servicing of existing equipment for each of the identified areas in accordance with the user requirements. Provision of Network Maintenance (maintenance, repair, replace) as detailed in the procurement documents. It will be the responsibility of the appointed contractor to provide new equipment and maintenance/servicing of existing equipment for each of the identified areas in accordance with the user requirements. Provision of Concierge Services (maintenance, repair, replace) as detailed in the procurement documents. It will be the responsibility of the appointed contractor to provide new equipment and maintenance/servicing of existing equipment for each of the identified areas in accordance with the user requirements.
