Tender description
The Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Science and Technology Programme is a Home Office led cross-Government research programme to use science to enhance UK response to an incident involving the use, or threatened use, of CBRN material. The Home Office works in partnership with other Government Departments and Agencies to ensure that science and technology research is developed and managed to address priority research requirements in line with the UK Security and Counter Terrorism Science and Innovation strategy published in 2007. The Home Office is looking to commission applied research and development projects that address the CBRN S&T research requirements and offer a potential enhancement to the UK counter terrorism capability.
